  This place is a complete joke. They don’t listen to waxing directions. The older woman doing my eyebrows would not wax more after barely doing anything in the first place. She could of done ALOT more but refused to. It's NOT worth it to spend $10 when they barely touched my eyebrows and I shouldn't of given her a tip. If I'm paying you for YOUR services, you should be listening to ME and not ignoring what I ask for. Also, receptionist is SO rude and has ZERO customer service skills. Every time I go there she has a nasty attitude. Very unprofessional and I'm surprised she hasn't been fired yet. Will no longer be going here.
